How much does ERP implementation or custom ERP development cost?
The cost depends on the number of modules, users, integrations and how much customisation you need, so we quote after discovery rather than from a price list. Pricing is fixed-scope or milestone-based, and you see the scope in writing before you commit. The first 30-minute consultation is free. How long does an ERP project take?
An ERP project usually runs from a few weeks for configuring a ready product in a few departments to several months for a custom ERP across the whole business. We set the timeline during Strategy & Planning, once modules, data migration and integrations are clear. We work in agile sprints and go live in phases, so your team uses working modules early instead of waiting for one big launch.
Should we buy a ready ERP product or build a custom ERP?
Choose a ready product when your processes are close to standard, and custom ERP when your workflow is your advantage or no product handles it well. Garment exporters often need job work, style costing and order-to-shipment tracking that generic products cover poorly. We do both, so our recommendation is based on fit. A hybrid, a product with custom modules, is often the practical answer.
How do you handle our data and security during ERP migration?
Your data stays under your control, and we sign an NDA on request before we see any of it. We migrate masters, balances and open transactions through a tested process with reconciliation checks, and run a trial migration before go-live. The ERP uses role-based access so each user sees only what their job needs. Hosting can be on AWS, Azure, GCP or your own servers.
Do you work on site, remotely, or both?
We work both on site and remotely. Our office is in western Tamil Nadu, so we visit clients across the region in person, including Coimbatore and Erode. For clients elsewhere in India and overseas, we run discovery, demos, training and support remotely, with a single point of contact throughout. After go-live, the same team provides support, and we reply to enquiries within one business day.
