Choose a ready ERP product when your processes are close to standard, and a customised ERP when your workflows are what set you apart. We do both, so the advice is not tied to one option. During discovery we map your processes, then recommend implementing a product, building custom modules, or combining the two. The aim is a system your team will actually use.

Do you provide support after go-live, and who owns our data?
Yes, training and support after go-live are part of every engagement, and your business data remains yours. We sign an NDA on request before you share anything sensitive. Ownership of source code and deliverables is written into the project agreement, so there is no ambiguity later. You also keep the same single point of contact after launch.
